Refund Policy

Rules for refunds on Aplikime AI paid plans.

1. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial payment if the service has not been substantially used. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com Ltd, our Merchant of Record, and are subject to Paddle's refund processing policies.

Refund eligibility generally applies to the initial subscription payment, unless applicable law states otherwise.

2. Non-refundable cases

  • Subscriptions heavily used during the billing period
  • Automatic renewals after the cancellation window
  • Third-party service charges or fees
  • One-time add-ons that have already been consumed

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal, while access continues through the current paid billing cycle.

4. Exceptional cases

In cases of prolonged service outage, duplicate billing errors, or verified technical failures, a full or partial refund may be granted.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request to billing@aplikime.al with your account email and reason for the request.

To speed up review, include payment date, billed amount, and relevant screenshots or references.

6. Processing time

Requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days. If approved, funds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us for direct resolution. Unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension.
