Paid plans are billed periodically and renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for keeping payment information valid. If payment fails, premium features may be temporarily limited until billing is resolved.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as resumes, documents, and text). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it only for providing the service.

7. Intellectual property

The software, branding, design, and platform materials are owned by Aplikime AI or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, resale, or exploitation is prohibited.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of serious policy violations, platform abuse, or legal requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from platform use.

10. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under applicable laws in the jurisdiction where aplikime.al operates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
